Self Improvement All Successful People Do

How many times have we told ourselves in complete earnestness, "I'm going to be more organized and productive from now on."? Or that the diet starts tomorrow? Or that we're going to make a real effort to exercise now?
Only to have that enthusiasm fizzle away, and all our best intentions come to nothing? You may ask yourself why? It is because you did not make a shift in your mind from a should to a must. Once anything you want to accomplish becomes a must. It's game over. Easier said than done. Right?
I have learned successful people live by a couple of principles. #1 Train yourself to jump out of bed. Do not hit the snooze button and say 10 more minutes. That is one of the worst things you can do.
#2 Once you get up go for a glass of water and put a lemon wedge in it for extra flavor if you like. Your body is dehydrated after sleeping and is asking for water. This will instantly make you feel better.
#3 Do some exercise. Go for a run, jog, walk, swim. Something to get your blood flowing.
#4 While you are exercising become grateful. Say everything you are grateful for. Family, friends, job, car, house... etc... You have to really feel it.
#5 Have a big healthy breakfast. Your first meal has to be the biggest of the day. It helps you start off the day with a lot of energy
#6 Read self improvement book, listen to audios, and watch videos every single day. This will help change your mindset.
#7 Always focus on what you want. Not on what you don't want. For example if you want to make $150,000 in the next 12 months, focus on that and feel it like if you already have it. Act like you already achieved it and it will come to you.
#8 Always find the positive out of everything, even the worst of things. You want to attract positive things into your life.
#9 Have a dream board/vision board of everything you want or want to accomplish. You can make a new one every year.
#10 Sit in front of the dream board/vision board and picture and feel as if you already have everything in it.
Repeat these steps everyday and you will see how much your life will change for the better.
